Workshop Descriptions 


Take a break from your regular routine and give yourself the gift of self-care…join us for a mini-retreat! You can step back from life’s complexities and listen to your body, heart and soul. Sometimes all you need when life is whirling around you or challenges come, is to just take a break and regain perspective. We’ll have different self-care stations such as chair massage, far-infrared sauna, aromatherapy ‘make and take’, P-EMF, rejuvenating facials, or foot soaks. Come get a mental boost, rest to regain energy, let go of negative frustrations, and relax into an experience just for you. This time doesn’t require a lot of preparation or time; even an hour or two can do you good! It can help you clear your mind and give you the support you need to keep going. Take a break with us! Enjoy these mini getaways; you’ll meet people and make friends, and some of you might join us on our longer retreats (weekend or week-long); see you there!
